VENDOR APPLICATION PROCESS
 

Vendors will be notified no later than June 10 if their application is successful.

Payment must be received no later than June 15. If payment is not received by this date, your application will be cancelled and a vendor from our wait list will be offered the space. Refunds, less a $50 administration fee, will be made no later than 72 hours before Canada Day.

Payments can be made to the “Town of Oromocto” by mail or visiting the Service Centre located on the first floor of the Municipal Offices at:

VENDOR FEES
 

Canada Day (July 1) : $200 with power / $175 without power

Full Festival (June 28-July 1) :
$250 with power / $225 without power

 

SET UP TIMES

 

Vendors may set-up any time from 1:00-5:00pm on Friday, June 28 or from 8:00-10:00am  Saturday, June 29. If you have a smaller set-up and would like to do so early on July 1, please contact Kim for confirmation.
**Please do not set-up before this allocated time.


The Green is open to the public on Friday, June 28 from 3:00 to 9:00pm; Saturday, June 29 from 10:00am to 10:00pm; Sunday, June 30 from 8:30am to 10:00pm and Monday, July 1 from 8:30am to 11:30pm.

 
CANADA DAY
 
The Green is open to the public on Canada Day from 8:30am to 11:30pm. For those in attendance for Canada Day only, tear down is required at the conclusion of the Fire Works.
 
VENDOR GUIDELINES
 
  • Vendor selection will be made based on the order in which they are received and type of food or merchandise being offered. Every effort will be made to minimize duplication of menu items between vendors.
  • Vendors that serve food and that do no currently possess properly licensing from the Province must complete and receive Class 3 (Temporary Event) Food Premises License approval from the Province. This must be in a visible location within your allocated site.
  • NO DRIVING ON SITE DURING FESTIVAL HOURS. After set-up, vehicles must be removed from green area.
  • All prices of all products must be displayed at all times.
  • Vendors must not engage in ‘price wars’ with other vendors.
  • Vendors must remain open to the public during the designated start and end times.
  • Vendors are responsible for proper disposal of waste-water.
  • Vendors must supply own equipment (including, but not limited to, tents, tables and chairs) and are responsible for setting up and taking down of said equipment.
  • The Vendor is responsible for his own cash security.
  • The Vendor is responsible for security of his own merchandise.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own insurances.
